New Leadership for the 21st Century

with Tim Metcalfe, President, Metcalfe's Market

                             Metcalfe's Market is a fourth-generation, family-owned local
market in Madison and Wauwatosa whose mission is "total
customer satisfaction, period."  Committed to the grocery
business, Tim has served as the Director of the Wisconsin
Grocery Association and is a past board member of the Food
Marketing Institute, which is based in Washington, D.C.  Metcalfe's
is consistently ahead of the sustainability curve.  All Metcalfe's
Market stores are 100% Green Powered; Metcalfe's was ranked by
Greenpeace as the 8th most sustainable seafood retailer in the
US (#1 in Wisconsin).  This year, Metcalfe's launched an
initiative to achieve zero biodegradable waste.  Tim serves on
boards for American Family Children's Hospital, Greater Madison
Chamber of Commerce, and Clean Lakes Alliance of Dane County.
